Adjust item cost upon Order or Receiving

Sometimes we receive an additional discount (OR F'ING TARIFF FEE) added on after we make an Order or Win a proposal. Let us be able to change the cost of the items dynamically, and have it change the Catalog pricing too. Otherwise, pricing is behind on our next Proposal and reflect incorrect profit on the receiving deal.

Add a line item (tariff) with note: any tariff fees will be added to final payment and allow adjust w/o creating a change order. Maybe even have the client req'd to initial understanding.
