I’d like the option to require clients to watch an embedded video before they can scroll past it, choose options, or approve the proposal. I record a walkthrough for every proposal explaining the design decisions and the investment. Most clients scroll straight past it to the price. The ones who watch ask fewer questions, push back less on price, and approve faster.

Please change it so a proposal doesn't have to be in Draft to Add a phone number or address. Nothing to do with the bid being accepted. The reason it's a pain in the ass to change the status twice to add a phone number. Not the scope just the contact information.

Would like to be able to attach a PDF to a payment request.

we offer 24/7 tech support, 1 basic for 39$ per month and 100$ for VIP. We want an ability to collect clients credit card info for subscription service as soon as they accept the contract with free 90days included and automatically charges their credit card after 90days. and if they no longer with to subscribe, they need to opt out.

Need integration with additional merchant service providers like; Venmo Zelle PayPal Apple Pay Google Pay Clover Authorize.net

Please allow us to create options within areas in a change order, the same way we can in a regular proposal. Please and thank you!

The ability to add into the contract/ proposal late payment fee for after a duration of time upon completion that adds a % penalty dating back to the completion date and compounds from day 1 after completion, and the wording of that being stated at acceptance of proposal. and of course the ability to override and take off penalty (even after its applied) in case of verbal agreeance after deadline with client.

We need the proposal number and PO numbers to match. I'm going through our processes from start to finish and finding where we are having issues with people being able to follow jobs from start to finish. Some of the company uses the proposal number, some use the PO number, and others use a Quickbooks number. If they were able to be edited to all be the same, it would be easier.
