I would like to be able to run sales reports and be able to sort the data. This would allow me to see most profitable jobs, best customer, best sales month, best salesperson, and also the alternative, least profitable job, customer, etc.

Can you add a note in a proposal where we add an item that has a custom COST price? Show in proposal so if I add a custom cost to an item, the next proposal that I add that item, I can see it is a custom price and I may need to adjust my price to current pricing

When you guys add a CRM/call logging option per client with follow up dates, let me know i'll pay double lol

Not trying to turn portal into Trello or any management software, but it would be SUPER helpful for us to oversee some important details about the project in the list of proposals.

Showing just the parent item and the total for the package but not showing all of the nested items that go with it. The customer doesn't want to see all of the pieces that go into a single gang data and coax wall plate. I could just create a custom item with one price and a better picture of a completed wall plate but then it wouldn't order the parts needed or create the pick list.

Be able to set a default tax setting for a client. We have one client that we want to calculate tax differently than our company default setting. Would be nice if we could set that per client if needed.

A weekly sales commission report per salesperson with cost/margins would be very helpful since my bookkeeping software doesn't include the cost of each product on the invoice, only an average.

Every time I close the tab portal is in, I wind up back at the login page. It logs me in without entering details, so it seems that I'm still logged in. The mobile app actually makes me log back in every time I close it.
