Feature Requests

I only pull from 2-4 categories. And your archive polling already tells you which subsets individual users access. It would be a cinch to give each user a shared UI and then a subset of the product archive that pertains to what they've recently used. I've seen apps do that very successfully. So I am ALWAYS where there is bad cell service. There are mansions being built at the outskirts of society in the hills and where there is basically nothing. That seems to be where I work most often.

Would be awesome to have an app built for Android

We are currently using Projx360 and we would like to use an all in one and we really like Portal. Keeping track of hours on a job, uploading plans and photos making internal notes etc. are some of the features we'd like.

For the email notification that a proposal was opened, give more detail on the device/IP Address that opened it. This way, when you send to a project manager, you know that they opened it but if they were to send it to another person (their manager) you might have an idea someone else was opening it.

When a project is complete, we would like to be able to automatically send out a review email. Just like the payments get automatically sent out when the status changes from viewed to accepted, we would like the trigger to happen when the status changes from accepted to completed. Thanks!

Check lists for parts ordered, check lists for parts delivered, check lists for parts installed. Some way to track the job progress based on parts or wires installed. This would be huge for organization and planning.

I would like to see the ability to export a project list with the data captured in the proposal data CSV captured with multiple projects at once. More of a global view

I would like to be able to run sales reports and be able to sort the data. This would allow me to see most profitable jobs, best customer, best sales month, best salesperson, and also the alternative, least profitable job, customer, etc.

The warehouse pick list currently displays all items on the original proposal. It does not account for the "Change Order" additions/deletions.

IMO 3 options is not enough, Especially when comparing speakers. Just one more option would be key. It should be changed from 3 options to at least 4.
