Management area for vendors. Like contacts, notes, section about terms etc. Also if it could list what we usually order from them that would be great.

With the ability to edit what a catagory like tv comes with globally we need the same way to edit in reverse. There should a way to adjust by catagory rather than having to go back and adjust each product one by one and hope the global does not repopulate into the product.

I want to select specific items that sales team can quote.

We don't want to rely on the favorite bar. We don't want to make a huge template and manually search through a template. Have the ability of the ADMIN of the account to select or hide items from the catalog that are/not an option for a company. When new items come out we can move those new items in. When new model numbers for tvs come out those old models can be replaced. Right now the catalog is 1,471,460 and that is TOO much. Thanks we love the software and plan to use it forever - just need a way of limiting errors and that starts with seaching in a pool of 1,471,460 items with only realistically selling 250.

We need a way to add new items outside of what is in the catalog. New product is released all the time and we are limited to a degree on what you have entered. For example, I need to add an access networks device "ARCC-L09-0001" but I can't.

As our Custom Parts list grows, it's challenging to remember who or where we purchase each part from. Adding a Vendor or Source field that isn't client facing would allow us to include the Vendor or product URL and eliminate the need to research who/where we purchased the part from the last time we used it.

why create extra steps. it makes no sense.

Showing just the parent item and the total for the package but not showing all of the nested items that go with it. The customer doesn't want to see all of the pieces that go into a single gang data and coax wall plate. I could just create a custom item with one price and a better picture of a completed wall plate but then it wouldn't order the parts needed or create the pick list.

Client provided TV, Roku, Mount, etc etc etc. Can either have a ton of client provided, or a single item to be added, then add your own notes. Having this will allow you to see the full scope of the job wtihout creating custom items.

Would like the ability to start with what the cheapest options are so I can start comparing them easily. This would be helpful when creating the three options where we usually experiment with different pricing levels.
