I keep having clients pay the wrong amount. They scroll to the bottom and pay that. The room sub totals need to stand out les and have the total with tax at the bottom. This is an ongoing issue.

I don't know why we have a character limit in item descriptions to begin with. This is plainly too small. 1000 count minimum. Why restrict us? What does it actually gain to limit count?????

It would be great to hand our pre-wire crew a clean proposal that shows what needs to be wired. Not all of the trim and install parts. Just the room and what it's being wired for.

We're going to update all the PDF downloads on a proposal to give you the option to include any approved change orders. This way the download is current to anything that has changed. PDF - Client Version PDF - Installer Version PDF - Invoice Version PDF - Pick List .CSV - Proposal Data File

Converting a Proposal to a PDF Invoice is not enough. We are having to copy and paste each line item into an invoice from an approved proposal. Very time consuming and frustrating when all other products on the market offer this feature.

Be able to create and add floorplans with tools to markup with the quoted items and textboxes, arrows, etc.

Be able to remove the payment schedule feature so it doesn't automatically show on all proposals.

We would like to see the messages sent just to be able to keep up with what was sent. We deal with quite a few clients on a regular basis and being able to see any communication that might have been mentioned right in the overview would just make this a quicker process. Accessing our emails while we are out in the field can be a bit quicker and smoother than accessing Portal while out in the field so being able to see that information via the email would help.

Please allow us to create options within areas in a change order, the same way we can in a regular proposal. Please and thank you!
