Feature Requests

If we could automatically add items to a new proposal that would be great. There are a few items that need to be included on every proposal we build.

Add a Labor Discount option at the bottom similar to parts discount. Ability to give a discount description also (e.g., Friends & Family Discount).

Nice to export/ save a PDF version of the same info on the proposal edit screen. This would be for record keeping / viewing the proposal info offline (including sale price, cost, profit, etc.)

Nice to have the ability to export all proposals in an account (in bulk) to have offline and/or to save a copy in the event you are deleting an account.

For say when selling an Alarm System, it would be nice to have a section of additional items (like door sensors or motions) that the client could add on. This would be good for sales/upsells too ... You could list all possible sensors for a system, and the client might decide to add on a flood sensor that they didn't even know was an option.

Embedded links in a proposal (e.g. a link to device on Amazon in an area description) should open a new page/tab, not leave the current one. This is similar to right-clicking and choosing "open link in new tab)

A status option on the proposals that allows us to mark it, "active"/ "accepted", and will allow us to make changes.

A status option that allows us to change rather the client can see or not see the proposal.

I would like the ability to hide attachments on a per item basis. So I may choose to show some of the attachments in a proposal, but not all.

Allowing accepted proposal to be resent in Portal without having to change the status.
