When updating content in sections such as About Us, Project Description, Payment Schedule, and Project Terms, those changes should automatically apply to all proposals still in DRAFT status, not just newly created proposals.

Currently, updates only apply to future proposals, which can cause outdated information to remain in existing drafts.
