Create a tool that would allow us to take notes, photos, video and record scope of work for each area. Use this info to start a proposal.

Would it be possible to add a time field to Labor Items which can subtotal estimated labor hours at the bottom of the proposals? Either for just the dealer analysis or both the end user and dealer?

Present the web version of proposals in a way that prevents customers from simply scrolling to the bottom of the page to look at the price. Instead, step them through each area, to better simulate a face-to-face interaction.

Would be great to be able to sort a proposal by system or phase in addition to area. That way we could easily order parts by phase or clients could view a proposal by system (how much is the audio costing me?).

Showing just the parent item and the total for the package but not showing all of the nested items that go with it. The customer doesn't want to see all of the pieces that go into a single gang data and coax wall plate. I could just create a custom item with one price and a better picture of a completed wall plate but then it wouldn't order the parts needed or create the pick list.

If the proposal has already been accepted and pushed to QB online then it's set to draft, it resets the QB online sync. Would be nice if there were a warning message letting you know you'll be duplicating the push.

Make it easier to send an order to a single supplier, rather than create a large PO with all the suppliers from the proposal and then have to delete the suppliers we don't want.

Some suppliers give a % discount off regular price orders. Rather than put dealers in a new "column" of pricing, they show it as a discount on the actual order. Dealers should be able to add this discount level to orders if it is missing. There should be an option to save for future orders.

It would be nice if the payment automatically were deducted from the accepted proposal and sent out client receipt to reflect remaining balance
