Auto add customer note to proposal

We have a couple custom parts/items that require a customer note to be added to the proposal. I see the ability to add to all instances. However this has room for failure: given there could be many different instances complicated with adding one part late, or simply user error and not done at all. I would think the ideal spot for these would be in the part itself. Unfortunately this causes another call out and perhaps separate ticket the note can be lengthy as well. So when presenting a customer the note it would be great to have this collapsed on proposal and be an user selected to expand. maybe make it optional to be collapsed on a proposal.
