It would be helpful to have our contract be a part of the proposal so when the client accepts the proposal they are also accepting the contract. Currently, we have to send the contract separately and have had clients ask why they have to sign something else when they have already accepted the proposal. It would help streamline the process. Our contract is four pages long, so adding it under the Project Terms isn't ideal.

Uploading it, like we do with the logo, so that it is inherently a part of each proposal, could be a way to do it. Any thoughts?
