Create an 'Archived' proposal status

On archived proposals it would be very appreciated to have the link to the proposal break for the client. When I archive a proposal, the client would need to call me or contact me to discuss the project and then if decided I would unarchive and resubmit it to them with any updates and changes. Currently an archived proposal can be opened by a client if the proposal hasn't expired. It would also seem that by archiving a proposal that the proposal should also expire too.

I recorded a quick little video on how Archiving proposals works in Portal (link below). If you want it activated in your account, message our team in the chat. Thanks for voting!

We had a handful of clients that have pushed off proposals for 6-12 months so it will be nice to hide, rather than delete the proposals, until the client is ready.

We plan to work on this in July

Kirk Chisholm: It would be nice if Proposals that expired would go to this Archived or a new expired status after expiration date. Also be nice to add our own statuses too.
Kirk Chisholm
Nicholas Reimer: Expired status is coming out next week!

How has this not been added yet? It seems like it would be very simple to add just another proposal status to the list of current ones. And have the ability to hit "Archive" after a proposal has been turned to "Completed"
