Kirk Chisholm: yes exactly. But also leave a testimonial as well

Lonny Lieberman: This is something we have discussed. Testimonial is a good idea too. Are you familiar with NPS? If not you should look into it. It's a slightly different way to gauge customer satisfaction, by asking a single question. We use a service called 'AskNicely'. I can see the 5 star review being nice though, so you could then integrate it with your website and clients could see your real positive reviews. This is something we will consider, but we have many useful features we will focus on before it.
