Once a proposal is marked declined or somehow "inactive" I'd love to get notification that a client tried to view it but block them from accessing it.

Hi Joshua, your clients cannot view proposals in Draft or Declined status now. We don't notify you that they tried, but that is a good idea. We will look into it.

Kirk Chisholm: yet they still do. Just happened this morning. Proposal #117 is declined and I got notification that the customer opened it today...
