I would love to be able to upload house plans or drawings (maybe pictures) and place icons for techs to be able to use during prewire/install. Example: camera icon, WAP icon, TV icon. Etc.

I second this. All other AV markup tools are clunky, hard to use. Something that makes markup as easy as portal make proposals would be a game changer. The next evolution of the product should extend to the visual aspect of a proposal. Client, and integrator friendly markup
