These are all great options as far as deploying several integrations at once and determining if any specific app would be a good direct integration partner. Specifically, I think "Proposal status" updating in a CRM or project management tool of our choice would be a powerful feature. Then a simple rule within our tool of choice would prioritize clients/projects based on this variable.

Kirk Chisholm: Justin James, this is amazing news, and we are using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Glide, and Flutterflow more and more now to organize and streamline our business processes. Not sure what are you working on right now, but it would be amazing if you can create an action as well.
For example, every time when our CRM opportunity is moved to the "negotiation" stage, create a client or/and proposal so it can be linked to a CRM contact, later when the proposal will be the accept we would have that lead moved to our project management software and everything would be well organized and linked to each other.
Meanwhile, thank you for your hard work!!!

Hello! I’ve been using the Zapier integration and its been working great! I’m curious if there are any other ideas for integration “hooks” on the horizon.
For instance I use it to download the proposal automatically to a client folder in Google Drive but I would love to do the same with the Warehouse Pick list (PDF).

We've completed our preliminary Zapier setup. We now have an app in the Zapier store. You can find it by searching for 'portal.io'. Once connected to your Portal account you can receive events for status changes to Proposals, Payment Requests, as well as Orders.
Using the status change events, you can trigger actions in other tools. For example...
When proposal status changes, send a message to a slack channel to notify my team.
When proposal status is accepted, email someone.

Michael Brander: Hi Michael. We have created a preliminary template for Gmail that allows you to quickly setup a Zap for all status changes. Next we are going to add a template for other email clients. Then we are going to add more advanced options, one is the filtering of Status and also we're going to send accepted proposal PDF and CSV as an attachment.

We've built our first test app in Zapier! Currently working on sending notifications for Proposal Submission, Status Change and Viewed. Also adding the same notifications for Orders and Payments. We're probably about 2-3 weeks away from release depending on how long Zapier takes to approve our Portal App. You'll simply sign up for a Zapier account, add the Portal App, then connect to your Portal account with your Email/Pass. From there you can send notification messages to any supported app in Zapier, like Slack or Teams for example. You can also trigger events like emails. Fun!

Great that this is on the road map. A specific data point that would be great to be able to pull into a CRM like HubSpot through Zapier, would be the total job cost and the profit numbers.
