It would be nice to have a notes section on proposal, when filtered.
(i.e. payment pending; Invoice due xx/xx/xx). Also, a feature ehancement that would change the status to completed when the invoices are paid.

Please add notes section to the proposal history
Hoping to add notes about job status or customer disputes, billing info, etc
really anything that could apply to the timeline already recorded by the automatic proposal tracking (not replacing anything) just additional custom notes option

Would be nice to have a box above PROJECT DESCRIPTION...that is only internal for project notes within the company.

It would be helpful for following up with clients who take more time with the decision on proposals to have internal notes within the proposal history right next to the other activity.

Hi guys. I would like a place for my installers to add job photos and notes keeping important info together on one app.

Defiantly this would function to all dealers. It would be great if we have the ability to write notes per proposal instead of writing notes for the account.

To clarify, I just need a simple text editor attached to the proposal history section to add a note that says something like "called to follow up... they had questions about A, B and C, and want to make changes to X,Y, and Z" It would create a more complete history of sales activity in the proposal stage. Thanks.

The history function is very nice, but it's not possible to add any notes to this to track the progress of the proposal. For example, if a customer was followed up with and we need to just update it to say "customer says they'd like to have 2 more days" or something like this. A basic way to track if we have followed up with customer or add notes somewhere that is not customer facing
