Be able to add our contract to the proposals so when they accept the proposal they are also signing our contract or also have to sign our contract. Our contract is five pages, legal language, etc. It's entirely too much to add to the project terms section. There is a competitor of ours who sends their proposal and it includes their contract and it looks very nice, very professional, six pages.

Capability to require someone to read and check off that they agree to terms and conditions. Have a way to have the T&C as a pop up versus pasted into the actual proposal.
