Price Modifiers for Entire Proposal

The ability to bump up the price of all items (or just parts or labor) by a certain %. This is useful for a couple cases...
-Marking up a proposal to absorb builder referral fees, and spreading it across all items evenly, rather than creating a single line item the client can see.
-Adjusting the labor up or down based on difficulty of the job.

Some concepts I wanted to leave here as my input:
1: Margin and Profit are not the same thing.
2: The Estimated Profit on materials and labor from the original proposal accepted by the client and what actually happened in reality for the project's net profitability in final execution almost never line up perfectly.
3: Different customers like to see different levels of transparency in the markups on labor items, parts, and fees that we add in proposals. Some clients say I don't want to see what you mark up anything; give me simple and let me pay. (Our favorite customers, of course) And some say Show me everything transparently (Especially when working on a T&M basis in a proposal agreement, which our firm has become an expert in in our market.
4: Having limited targets for markup functions for areas, proposal totals, and what features are there now is limiting our ability to target item groups with individual markups that differ in the same area. This is a feature I have requested many times.

Kind of BS that QB has this but something I'm paying additional for doesn't. I have builders who want us to add 15% to the products. Then to be told to go back and spend even more of my time MANUALLY adding the 15%. This tool was to make my life of writing proposals easier..
