Price Modifiers for Entire Proposal

The ability to bump up the price of all items (or just parts or labor) by a certain %. This is useful for a couple cases...
-Marking up a proposal to absorb builder referral fees, and spreading it across all items evenly, rather than creating a single line item the client can see.
-Adjusting the labor up or down based on difficulty of the job.

I would like to see this on a line item basis as well. As of now, if I want to adjust a price on one item and hit a certain profit I have to find the cost and then do the calculation on my own w/ a calculator to get the appropriate profit… IT would be nice to just click the profit margin button and adjust the profit margin itself and the system will then adjust the sell price accordingly.

In cases where a customer will be paying with a credit card, add in the 4% charge to total price. Or for markup when sales get's a percentage of net profit margin.
Adding this in to the proposal to increase all product totals and overall cost.

Is there traction on this?
We are currently creating two proposals for every project with our builders who work on cost plus and it’s a huge pain because every single item has to be manually adjusted between 10-20%
