Kirk Chisholm: Thank you! Question: Where does the expiration date appear on the proposal for the client? We were noting this in the Payment Terms area. If it does not appear to the client, we'll still need to note it somewhere in the proposal for the client to see. Also, once it expires, the client will no longer be able to access the proposal, correct?

Jade Alexandra Davis: It appears on the cover page, under the salesperson name. Next week we're going to push a nice design refresh of the cover page to make that look even nicer. By the way, it only appears once a date has been established.
If the client tries to view a proposal that has expired they will be presented with a screen telling them so and it will display the contact info for the salesperson. Also, we'll email the salesperson to let them know the client tried to view it!

Nicholas Reimer: We're waiting for more feedback on this and trying to figure out the best way to display expired. We always want to be careful when adding Statuses as they are hard things to change your mind on later. That said, it could be that a new status is the answer.
