When mapping a proposal to Quickbooks currently choosing the "new job" feature is not good. You can only use the drop down list to select the customer. You cannot type the name in. The drop down list is just a random order of customer names...not alphabetical. Also it does give you a new job for the customer in QB, but it is just the customer name. It would be better to be able to name the new job under the customer during the export from portal. Also the estimate ends up under the main customer listing in QB, not the new job.
