Take a look at this new design for pushing a proposal to an estimate in QBO. Use the right-arrow on your keyboard to flip through the entire flow.

Kirk Chisholm: This looks good. Would love to be able to send purchase orders to QBO this same way.

Rick Smith: Agree with the PO part.

Having this ability would be a big time saver. Currently not exporting my accepted proposals into QBO because it doesn't sync the way I need it to and creates duplicates. The current way is causing double entry work.

Nate Hibschman: Major upgrade coming to QBO integration. I think you will be impressed.

There should be notifications IF it doesn't recognize an existing item & then having the ability to map items over durning the sync process.

Often I see mismatches and say "nope", but the part actually exists in QB. Since there is no option to find the right one, I keep getting duplicates created in QB.

Without having the ability to map products it creates all kinds of duplicate items in QBO. I already had Sonos Beam2 and it created a new item BEAM2US1BLK.

I like the updated flow, but I would like to have an option also to have all products go to QB in a single item, such as "Parts per Contract" (taxable) and another for labor, "Labor from Contract" (non-taxable). This would allow us the option to not have to keep track of thousands of items in quickbooks. We go back and forth how we want to do this, so having the option like we do with D-Tools would be great.
