Require Customers Watch My Video Before Seeing Proposal

I’d like the option to require clients to watch an embedded video before they can scroll past it, choose options, or approve the proposal.
I record a walkthrough for every proposal explaining the design decisions and the investment. Most clients scroll straight past it to the price. The ones who watch ask fewer questions, push back less on price, and approve faster.

Kirk Chisholm We are using Loom. I was considering trying to only email the video ahead of sending the proposal to avoid this issue, but I think if it is reasonable to achieve through Portal then it would be way smoother.

Daniel Craig Yes, exactly. Others do this: they send the email first with the Loom in the email, but even with this method, the customer can skip through to the proposal.
