Resend Accepted Proposals

I would like to be able to communicate through Portal with clients who have accepted the proposals to let them know when parts have been ordered and to schedule the job.

I have a customer with a relatively large project. There is a change order for which I did 3 versions of a proposal. We settled on the 3rd one. They gave me money but never accepted. I asked for an email indicating acceptance since the alternate email address apparently can't accept a proposal (or she couldn't figure it out - or more likely didn't want to bother). Since I have money, acceptance is implied. SO I wanted to send her a copy of the proposal telling her I had accepted on her behalf since I received a deposit. Once I marked the proposal as accepted, I couldn't send it. I could change it back but it gets a little silly. Sometimes they can't find the email so we send another. I know I can copy and send the link but this seems like a more effective approach.
