We don't want to rely on the favorite bar. We don't want to make a huge template and manually search through a template.
Have the ability of the ADMIN of the account to select or hide items from the catalog that are/not an option for a company. When new items come out we can move those new items in. When new model numbers for tvs come out those old models can be replaced.
Right now the catalog is 1,471,460 and that is TOO much.
Thanks we love the software and plan to use it forever - just need a way of limiting errors and that starts with seaching in a pool of 1,471,460 items with only realistically selling 250.

Hi, Randall. We’re moving in this direction. We’ve already added the ability for you to select your ‘Preferred Brands’. You can do this in settings. The next step is allowing you to reduce the catalog to those preferred brands (by user with permissions).
Once we get that done it will make a big difference, and then we can explore doing it at the item level. This brings in signification maintenance requirements on your end though.
