Saved Filters (Templates)

I would like to be able to create, label, and save filter templates so that information is a little more easily accessible than manually entering specific filter criteria every time.
Example: proposals submitted by X salesperson in the last X days that have not yet been viewed
Another Example: accepted proposals submitted by X salesperson for the last [month, quarter, pay period, etc]
Last One: all proposals with changes requested that have not been resubmitted (status is still "Changes Required") in the last X days
Since we don't have access to Advanced Notifications at our plan level (and I'm pretty sure some of these examples aren't even an option there) it would be so helpful to just click through a handful of saved filter settings (templates) and get a quick overview of sales activity.
