We would like a simple Save As option, like Office and most other software. We typically go through multiple iterations with clients - add this, take away this, etc., and try to give each change a version number. I know there is a way somehow to do this with the archiving function, maybe it's a question of terminology, but it seems overly complicated to bring up a past version, etc. as opposed to just opening a saved version.
