Update Proposal Downloads to Include Change Orders

We're going to update all the PDF downloads on a proposal to give you the option to include any approved change orders. This way the download is current to anything that has changed.
PDF - Client Version
PDF - Installer Version
PDF - Invoice Version
PDF - Pick List
.CSV - Proposal Data File

The warehouse pick list currently displays all items on the original proposal. It does not account for the "Change Order" additions/deletions.

CSV File Download Should Include Change Orders

When I download a CSV file for the proposal so that I can calculate total cost, that download should include the change orders as well. As it is now I'm having to download a separate CSV file for each change order on top of the proposal CSV file and then combine them.

Would like to see the invoice PDF updated as Change Orders are accepted. Currently it only reflects the original proposal and you have to download the Change Order's Invoice PDF separately.

This is something that should already be available. Instead of staying inside of the Portal universe to download and forward emails to clients to keep things easy, I have to create invoices to include the change orders.

PLEASE add this feature soon.
