Kirk Chisholm I use a combination of HubSpot and Google Contacts. Currently, I have a Zapier trigger so that when a contact is created (or updated) in Portal, it pushes them to Google and HubSpot as well. This works pretty well for new contacts, so if I start in Portal it usually works fine. I haven't been able to get these to properly update, so I end up with duplicates a lot when the contact is updated in Portal. Another feature missing (from all the triggers with Portal actually) is that there is nothing really specific to the Portal user. So if someone other than me creates a contact (or another salesperson has a proposal accepted in some of my other triggers/Zaps), it pushes their info to my stuff, which is kind of annoying.
